An introduction to tai chi & qi gong is a gentle mindful movement programme for physical, mental and psychological well-being.

Mind-body exercises are based on the importance of embodied living, presence, grounding and relaxation. Our ability to sense and respond effectively to what is occurring in our internal and external environment improves. With practice and time mindfulness deepens and somatic awareness grows, flexibility and strength improve and we naturally become more relaxed, balanced and resilient.

The tai chi & qi gong introductory course is suitable for adults only and it is a prerequisite for joining our tai chi & qi gong ongoing classes.
